Blank brown penelope canvas by Zweigart is 100% cotton, durable, and available in two mesh sizes. Penelope is a double weave canvas and so two threads, not just one, are woven together to form a mesh. Penelope canvas is popular for "petit point" which is where the canvas threads are split so that very small stitches can be done to create fine detail. Using the larger holes is called "gros point."
Canvas is sold by the yard in continuous cuts. If you need multiple cuts, please specify in Ordering Instructions during check out. We do not cut or sell by the half yard.
